I grew up around Kansas City, MO and was brought up in a loving Christian home. When I was about 19 years old, God graciously changed my heart and brought me to saving faith in Christ.
I hold degrees from The Master's University and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before schooling and while in school, I worked a variety of jobs, including six years in the Army National Guard, five years as a supervisor at CVS Pharmacy, two years as a hotel clerk, and one year doing musical theater productions.
I served as a pastor from 2017-2023 at churches in Oxford, Ohio, and Gypsum, Kansas, and began to serve as the Associate Pastor of Faith Bible Church in 2023.
My ministry at Faith Bible Church involves general discipleship, teaching the youth, oversight of children's ministry and Faith Family Night, church outreach, administration, and pulpit supply.
I have been happily married to Kathryn since 2017, and we have 3 children: Zwingli, Kuyper, and Twilight.
I enjoy running, reading, writing, teaching, theater, and wrestling with my boys. My favorite authors are John MacArthur, Kevin DeYoung, John Piper, Jay Adams, and Dale Ralph Davis.
